MAX D. I've followed this one for some time and frankly its would have been a lot easier if they had just purchased the IP outright. The licensing agreement just created problem after problem and unnecessary legal expenses that continue on and have a separate life of their own. Coupled with the ongoing expenses and Billion Shares I just think the challenges created make this one murkier than it should be. The tech is solid, its just the management and the endless hidden terms of the agreements of the agreements surrounding who actually owns the patents. There is a premium, or should be, for clean simple ownership of the patents in force. MAX D doesn't have that and maybe that makes it a buy?
