Yes because they hired a stock promoter to jam the stock. Find me a single other company where there is a buy back in place and the CEO is selling. Good luck, you'll be searching for a long time. CEO doesn't care about anyone but himself based on his actions. They'll never make an acquisition as stated of a good company because he doesn't want to lose control and lose his lifestyle company to the benefit of all other shareholders. Him and the other largest shareholder don't care about anyone but themselves based on the past and recent insider sales. Target sub $1.
