Smuggler, have you actually deposited a Mexus unrestricted paper Certificate with Fidelity in the past two years?

I'm not aware of any mainline brokerage doing so. Hope you're right and got a Cert into brokerage account so the shares can be traded.

Fidelity will not take MXSG until they get above 25 cents.
ETrade will not take MXSG.
Interactive Brokers will only take shares that are held "Electronically" and will not take certificates. They asked me to contact the Transfer Agent and have them hold the shares electronically. However after contacting Action Stocks (the transfer agent listed on the shares) they said that Mexus is not allowed to be held electronically.
TDAmeritrade will not take MXSG anymore. I had deposited MXSG certs in the past but they won't take them anymore. So much for having a relationship with them. And my account has had significant amounts of money in it.

I have only found "Full service" brokers AKA rape you up the ass 4.5% commission per transaction types of brokers that are willing to talk to me.

This is absolutely ridiculous. This whole thing is a scam. The transfer agent knows about these shares but they are unwilling to do anything with them other than remove any restrictions. Even if I remove the restrictions no discount broker will take them.

Guess I need to bend over.
