When they announced that they would be issuing certs I contacted my broker. He told me that if they were issued electronically that they would simply post to my account. If they were actual certs they will convert them for a normal trade fee providing the account had a value in excess of 250k in non penny stocks. He said that they would contact me to ask if I wanted them converted or the certs sent to me. For accounts less than 250k they would contact the account holder to confirm the mailing address to forward them to. I guess that we will just have to wait and see, not really that concerned about it. I closed the majority of my position at .0006, keeping a few million just for kicks and who knows there could always be a short bout of insanity and this thing could fly high before crashing spectacularly.
