Just give this another 20 days. The sale to Cardinal will be completed and all the news that has been held back during the quiet period is set to come forward.
We will have our day and I expect this to move forward once the chain can be broken with possibly one of the worst lenders I have ever seen. The news should be very good once we can pay off the debt and sever the ties and we can finally move forward. Patience will be rewarded but this is an excellent price to load up the boat.
