Looks contractual.
The percentage of each individual sell mirrors each other on any given day.

Maybe you should take a more in depth look.
Kelly. Kurt. Date of sale
11.54% 11.60% Oct 18
1.576% 1.578% Oct 19
11.61% 11.65% Oct20
1.568% 1.57% Oct 21
12.32% 12.42% Oct26
1.498% 1.249% Oct 27
12.275% 12.376% Nov1
1.50% 1.255% Nov2
23.17% 23.26% Dec6
22.926% 23.01% Dec7

There most definitely is a correlation between the size of trades between the sellers.
Percentage is based on the total lot of shares provided by Hugo. Thanks Hugo
It's most definitely contractual.

1. Where did you get this info, did you share all trades? Do you check fillings every day or you subscribed on events? Are you an avatar of Kurt K/Eric Kelly?

2. It is strange for me, why they did not sold when ANY was above $0.7 (last week)???

Kurt K CFO: Eric Kelly, CEO: High/Low

Oct 18: 4,236 Oct 18: 5,917 0.55/0.50
Oct 19: 576 Oct 19: 808 0.54/0.51
Oct 20: 4,254 Oct 20: 5,951 0.54/0.50
Oct 21: 574 Oct 21: 804 0.54/0.50
Oct 26: 4,533 Oct 26: 6,315 0.67/0.55
Oct 27: 456 Oct 27: 768 0.68/0.63
Nov 1: 4,516 Nov 1: 6,291 0.57/0.49
Nov 2: 458 Nov 2: 770 0.50/0.44
Dec 6: 8,488 Dec 6: 11,876 0.61/0.55
Dec 7: 8,398 Dec 7: 11,750 0.59/0.55

3. Why they filled report only on DEC 8?
