There is one aspect of this post R/S announcement that is unusual. Every other time (six or seven -- I lose track) when the R/S was announced (in fact frequently before the filing) the PPS would go to ZERO BID and remain there for the duration until the R/S was consummated and the new shares delivered. This has not happened this time. The debt holders have not rushed in to sell their discounted shares while there is a BID. For some reason the PPS continues to "resurrect" itself and create a NONZERO BID -- whatever that means; which it could not do if the debt holders were selling.
