GreenPay update: We have determined that it is in the best interest of shareholders to sell GreenPay, and to collect up-front and licensing fees from the new operators. Given what we have going on in Africa, we do not currently have the attention or resources to be effective with GreenPay. Therefore we have identified a buyer for GreenPay. GreenPay will be sold for more than we paid for it, and all software licenses and contracts will transfer to the buyers, which will allow them to implement the MJ Pay system and supply the sub-licensees such asItonis. MEC will generate ongoing revenue from GreenPay in the form of license transaction fees and maintenance fees. Proceeds from the sale of GreenPay will help fund our growth in Africa and resolve other current financial issues.
