Okay $10k per acre.....

The news states only 150 acres will be used......

....but let's just say all 300 acres will be used.

$10k x 300 = $3m

Then that has to be split equally with Contel.

So that's $1.5m annually.

....and that's not net

Not so huge, in my opinion.....
