Thank you. I just received email from Dr Pourhassan ,the same explanation, I emailed this question to him this AM, and his answer is :

" In the monotherapy if anyone is Hepatitis B then they could be taking some antiviral drugs that are similar to HIV treatment and the of monotherapy is to take patients away from all HAART ( antivirals ). This is not the cast in combination therapy as patients will be taking either their failing HAART for one week or Optimized HAART for 24 weeks in combination with Pro 140 "


Actually it was easy explanation , I should know , but didn't think of it...((
