ATOS amended all of its SEC filings from 2016 and the stock price is down over 50% since we purchased our shares in the last registered offering. I noticed that the original management presentation that caused us to buy the stock mentioned that they wee preparing for phase 2 with respect to Oral Endoxifen (page 4 of PPT). Now, the company filed with the SEC today saying that phase 1 in Q2 2017...... It appears the company LIED!!! Does anyone have any further information on this potential fraud or an explanation thereto?
