And if the company can't be visited (for example, it's outside the country), just pass on it. There are 10,000 stocks to choose from (counting scammy Pennyland).
Probably best to forget about trying to outsmart Mister Market by examining BRK's tax rate. Buy a portfolio of good stocks like BRK and check back every 5 or 10 years.
