I see that Talari has recently tried twice to get OTCQB status.

He has now been denied twice. A few weeks ago he had posted on FB that HTCO was now OTCQB.

He quickly removed that post.

No doubt it has to do with "funky" numbers.

In one declaration he states he is owner of 57.8% of the shares and in the other he declares he owns 77.8%.
