I agree with you about the SEC and criminal charges - I think Schadel has some IRS problems that could lead to court.

Did Schadel evade income tax when LTNC was paying his mortgage - did he report that as income?

LTNC already has a tax lien.

Did LTNC pay for the McLaren and if so did Schadel report that as income - he would be hard pressed to try and convince the IRS it was a company car.

Then there are the questions of what did LTNC pay for Schadel that wouldn't be allowed by the IRS.
