I am confused with who you are referring to..Obviously the DD which I have done extensively shows this company to be Powder River Basin Gas and neither of these companies you list...Those other two companies do not compute for me..
PVRB was incorporated in 1999 in Colorado (not Delaware or Nevada as you suggest). In December 2003 there was a change in the control with Mr. Fox coming on board (with over 25 years of gas and oil experience).
Per my TA which I highly regard as being honest is O/S at 120 million shares with 23 million in the float (15 million tradable) and the majority held by Mr. Fox..
As far as the shorting numbers you represent, that may be the case, however, why would you short 700 million in proven reserves and more drilling imminent in San Juan Basin (hot bed)..It is hard to misrepresent money in the bank of 6 million more than anticipated for 6 months..
I know you have read the 10Q. That is why you must be posting..Do you have a short interest or are you wanting a lower entry price?
