Right now, it's too premature to try to determine any potential valuation for TXTM. The company still has to reveal a little more about what's coming into them. The 8-K released today is a step in the right direction that confirms that something is coming into TXTM:

The Company has entered into a letter of intent with a publicly traded company to acquire a wholly owned subsidiary. The parties look to close definitive documents around year end.
