should have the wisdom to know how often deadlines are met. Very rarely. Especially with regards to a 10K filing. Geez ... there's only 16 separate companies involved here and everyone thinks a 10K will just magically appear and solve their life's problems. It doesn't work that way. It will be filed when it's filed. The price will be reset when it's reset. For everyone to cry like it's the end of the world just indicates the greed problem we have in the U.S.A.
Here in Mexico, people are happy with what they have and don't lust (as Americans do) for material possessions. I guarantee these people (with very little) have more happiness in their lives than 99% of Americans.
