This news is from May. It is old. Both JV partners made deals for a $600k investment well AFTER this news was released. If they are comfortable enough to invest $600k, I think we are all good here.

The bigger question should be after the Psoriasis cream proves effective, how long until OWCP uplists to the NASDAQ?
