KATX Nevada SoS business license presently in DEFAULT since 07/31/2016. KATX owes $1,900.00 in fees including $175.00 in late fees.


KATX last otcmaarkets.com financial filing was 2015 ANNUAL report. Missing 2016 Q1, Q2 and Q3 Will KATX file the 2016 delinquent quarterly reports and the ANNUAL REPORT DUE March 1 2017 ?

BTW, the KATX website has been down for a few weeks. Doubtful it is because they are updating web content.


Wonder if they are selling the KATX shell just like they did for KAT Gold.
