First, you think that the company has no responsibilities to the shareholders? Only the business matters, shareholders be damned. Nice thought process there. The association was made clearly.

Secondly, Not one iota of financial information was mentioned. So what material information did you read?? Please list the contents of the financial report, specifically, that you claim I Cited?

Now go back and read the limitations of a non-disclosure agreement, what it means, and what may or may not be derived from such. Geez, back in grade school are we.

But you failed to respond to the most important part of the post. Why suddenly after the "unfortunate" incident did everyone disappear?

What legitimate information can you provide about the company? Where is it going? And why are the officers not being held publicly liable for failure to uphold its fiduciary responsibilities. IE allowing shareprice to fall 99 percent, screwing it's shareholders.

Speaking of this supposed Non Disclosure Agreement, would this not be quite counterproductive to shareholders as trading a stock based upon material non-public information may be in violation of insider trading statutes?

If you are an affiliate, employee, insider, or any person in possession of nonpublic material information about this company, please be advised that buying or selling this security may constitute trading "on the basis of" material nonpublic information prohibited under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1 thereunder. Violators of these laws are subject to civil and criminal penalties.

In my opinion, consulting with an attorney experienced in securities litigation would definitely be in order prior to undertaking any position in this garbage.

What do you really think happened here?? A serious question. For several years this stock was touted as going to the moon, amazing growth potential, then the unfortunate incident and it dries up faster than any other otc stock.
What's even more surprising is that this is an actual business, not some fly by night pump and dump.
So what really happened here? Who's to blame?

Lenfest??

And you asked for my reply which I gave and now nothing but crickets. Yes a sad day indeed.
