Note that per its April agreement to limit itself top management/CEO has a salary cap of $50,000/ the $50,000 salary limitation as set forth in the April 2015 amended subscription / until, essentially, the company is profitable, giving themselves a huge incentive also -- that is very rare; any further restructuring toward QB/ MASDAQ status will be up from here from how I read this, someone alluded to a $4.50 stock price, IDK about that but a base has been set.
