The rumor is wonderful news if true.In imo it is true.
But that news will not push KMI to 40 by May 2017.
Thus that is why he did what he did.

Hopefully we get a bounce on the rumor/news this week.

I'm in favor of asset sales to pay down debt. Get the debt ratios squared away and maybe I set my shares aside as an investment instead of treating them as a trade.
