#28145 RE: LastTrade #28143

PLUG has a volume purchase agreement with Praxair to supply them hydrogen but they now deliver it to their own customers - their facebook pages shows a huge tanker. The volume used by customer is nearly making the Hydrogen business profitable according to the Q3 report especially as they have perfected the systems to reduce leakage.
This quarter they also rolled out the first reformer (made by a European company) which allows for on-site generation of hydrogen. It is the transportation cost that makes hydrogen expensive. reformers and by 2020 solar powered electrolosis of water (making hydrogen and oxygen from water and sunlight) will be common IMHO

PLUG is the world leader in complete solutions - Hydrogen supply, hydrogen storage on site (say at a distribution center for Walmart or Home depot), hydrogen pumps inside th e warehouse and fuel cells on every forklift (and other moving appliances such as automated guided vehicles). Whats more everything is connected to the cloud so they can monitor which cells are performing better (eg temperature) how many times a fork lift is refueled etc,
