Hi Dan, I found it interesting from the graph that the number of federal workers is basically unchanged over the past 50 years even though our population has almost doubled. A better chart would be one including the number of contractors who support the government -- who by the way, get fired/let go very easily and no longer have fixed pension benefits. So in many ways, the civilian work force problem has been taken care of. I could see a 10% cut maybe which wouldnt save much.

Now the DoD on the other hand ..... drunken sailors, lol. We need to cut their spending back by $50B per year -- immediately.
