Won't matter in the least.. Beggar could have done the same thing from the Ritz in Hawaii. Streaming tech wasn't invented 6 months ago. shareholders won't be able to question Beggar directly anyways. "Podcast" is more like it.

"
Online format is nice. I don't know how some here think that Santa Barbara is more accessible than Hawaii ..."

Qsep is a American equity based in the continental US. Having a shareholders meeting requiring an airplane to reach a location 2500 miles over the Pacific Ocean effectively eliminates 90% of all those that would attend a standard meeting at company Hq or a local venue. The meeting was held off shore but only a few attendees showed up. If that was the case in Santa Barbra then the cost of flying Bigger and family plus everyone else( Mgroup, Blum, etc etc)
would be eliminated. They could easily pull off a local shareholders meeting for 10-15k. Instead they took a vacation and basically avoided any hostilities from the shareholders base. I would bet the upcoming virtual SHM will either not allow two communication or heavily filter its attendees to only allow positive questions to be asked.

Why not have a physical meeting and webcast both? I'm close enough that I would consider attending in person. Plenty to say.
