With the above statement, how can you say $180MM LOC is a starter package?

A starter package? $180MM LOC is now a starter package. Copy that. So $1 bil is what? A mid-size package? Or is that small? All these little numbers were are using for an OTC stock... $180 mil? Its nothing... no 8k required because its a starter package? I get it now........
