Toxic Funder. Exactly what is Toxic about Funding an agreed upon contract between $PPJE and GPL Ventures LLC., to fund the companies businesses and assure success?

Why do you say Ms.Basu 's deal for $PPJE and Shareholders is done with someone that's giving us "Toxic" funding? If there's something less than proper going on here please tell us
Ive been an $PPJE Investor a long time and hearing Ms.Basu is making deals that are substandard, or "Toxic", as you say.. Im not feeling real good about my investment hearing this.
