You are right the 8K shows that he has paid his debt with this stock. But if the debt collectors are willing to receive stock instead of cash, they must think this company is worth something. Maybe they know the long term schedule for growth that BP has in his plans. Maybe he gave them a presentation on his plans? Who knows, I hope he is not as dumb as some make him out to be. Lets hope he is smart and we all make a few dollars here.
