I agree with you , this is why I try to remember and say ,..warrants shareholders... that should be clear , right .....:)) OK , I read your post again , so this is not a good name too. I will probably stop talking about them. I hope this will finish soon !!!
I'm new, the Charlie Sheen link pulled me in. I've been slowly going through the financials, looking at the warrants and options. It is very hard to track, but looks like most of the option and warrants came in 2015, 31 million, about half of total outstanding.
Question: I have seen warrants for .50, .55 exercised and conversions at .675. I have not gotten very deep into this, but I not sure why everyone is just talking about the .75 warrants? I assume the price drop is from the lower price conversions and warrants?
