AMMJ is NOT listed on an exchange. That's simply a fact.

Exactly Ms Fox and with that in mind, it is basically the "wild west".. the OTC companies, like AMMJ, can really do anything they want or very close.

There are so many scams running out there that FINRA and SEC are overwhelmed.

I have actually worked with the SEC on one stock for over 2 years...to say the SEC is slow is an understatement.

And, of course, it is well known that the SEC put out an alert on the MJ stocks in 2014, telling investors to be careful about certain stocks.

Maybe the SEC should put out a new alert for some more MJ stocks, I have come across several recently.
