They can and they will I believe.. Anyone handing over that kind of cash is going to do lots and lots of DD and that takes time. They have to hire experts to go over the data and to do research. Contracts have to be worked out. It all takes time.
I'm thinking something must be getting close after seeing the huge # of buys we saw yesterday. Over 300 million in buys in one day out of no where.
Could it have been front loaders knowing funding is coming? Who knows, but with the upside this ticker could bring from this level it's worth the gamble. IMHO
