It is crammed downed because classes 10ABC and 11 were deemed to reject the POR so, they took away their right to object and this was approved by the BK court. Also, there was a reclass with the last distro and moved up a former 10A holder.
There is speculations from my peoples that what might be happening is they could be starting to uncram with the upcoming distributions. Its all speculation from my peoples and fun to see if its happening.
One thing for sure is my peoples and I like our chances with the NOLs. So, you are in good shape if you hold CTs.
