I believe these NIA numbers are spot on and correct in their assumption that gold will increase in value in a rising interest rate environment. We saw it happen when the Fed raised rates last year and I agree it should happen again when they raise next week.
It will hopefully signal the PM correction is over and our mining shares will turn and head back higher from here. More PM weakness into the Fed meeting on Wednesday may make me a buyer.
