Just goes to show how easy it is to run a penny stock scam. Even a numbskull like Joel can run one.
The other fact to consider is how little fear of regulatory action there is. Penny stocks are like the Wild Wild West.....you can lie, cheat, and steal, and so few ever get caught. And for the few that get caught, punishment is typically a slap on the wrist.
Joel has his game down pretty good. He has a couple of guys he works with and NONE of the things he has been involved in, that i am aware of, have EVER put money in ANYONE'S pocket, other than his own.
