It would be so much more simple if our hero Clay were to file a Form 10, and register the stock. Then there would be no need to call/Email and ask if the acquisition was for FREE.

Then again Microcrap pinkies are never in a hurry to register with the SEC. PR pumps, and bogus OTC filings are good enough for scams.
