ALL of that options crap should already be baked in. I would use any drop as a buying opportunity when the dust settles. JMHO

Uh, remember BRCM? You guys better think twice about getting concerned about this. This is neither unexpected, nor such a big deal as BRCM's action has proved. Those who shorted BRCM on that are looking pretty bummed right now.

I fully expected this as George said in the Pacific Crest conference last week that their lawyers were debating what to do.

And you know lawyer.

But there's also another side to this - there haven't been anything found yet. BRCM actually had backdated options. MRVL has yet to say they found anything.
