There are plenty of tickers that run the same type of books, they trade, then they sit for months on end no bid, while business still goes on in one way or another. Split, split again, dilute, debenture, and eventually start running for one or more reasons. If their books are on the lighter side of legal, they remain, if not, well then it is what it is.

Share price in these types of companies have little to nothing to do with the actual business. Not a scam, it's a numbers game nothing more. If they can produce a marketable product prior to getting on an exchange, they have a much better chance of getting interest from investors. Very much the same as any ticker on the NASDAQ, a piggy bank, or in this case, the other way round. lol
