Facts don't lie:

1. They have zero unencumbered assets.
2. They have an enormous amount of toxic debt which they can't keep up with.
3. They have zero revenue.
4. They have zero talent.
5. They have zero proven or probable resources.
6. They have zero commercial mining operations.
7. They have zero commercial mining ready properties.
8. The are a non reporting PINK SHEET stock.
9. They are delinquent with their financial filings.
10. They are in default on the terms of some if not all of their toxic financing deals.
11. They completed back to back reverse splits wiping out all common share holders.
12. They have gone completely silent.


These are indisputable facts. All red flags, all signs of a scam.

Then of course there's the paid promoters and the multiple pump and dumps and the fleecing of duped investors.

NBRI is not a mining company, it is a bloated printing press and a scam company run by a crooked CEO frontman who bled out every dime of hard earned investor's dollars he could to stuff his own coffers through a shell game.
