Depends which way you look at it

A sale consists of two parts; selling and buying.

Now if there is no one buying is it because they don't want it or they can't get it?

You say no one wants to buy the shares; but I and most of the others on here agree that selling them would be stupid and that's why they aren't trading except in dribs and drabs. It's because large volume holders like myself won't sell them as we see a huge upside in the future and this view is shared by a lot of the small and moderate holders as well.
