Historically, they have never had anything of substance to say. All of those spikes to which you refer, and how I made my small amounts of money on NNVC, were the result of fluff bomb PRs.

Think about it. What truly significant event was ever announced by the company?

What might X be? I am merely conjecturing here but suppose X was interest from a major Pharma based outside of the US, oh say like Brazil, Argentina....etc.

Again, I am merely speculating here so please understand that.

This is not outside the realm of possibility. I know that for a fact from past experience with another situation in another field that was plagued by technical difficulties.

Thinking out-of-the-box may be helpful.
