PROOF NEWC IS A SCAM
I was ask to provide proof that NEWC is a scam and here it is.
By John Campo not filing the 10K and providing unsubstantiated PR is all the proof we need.

1. John Campo has said the 10K will be filed any day, any week and now it might take months.
a. John Campo has not disclosed why the financials are so late.

b. John Campo refuses to tell us how long the financials have been with the auditor. (over 15 months late)

c. John Campo signs a contract with an auditor with no deliverables such as an expected date to be completed by or at least provide an accurate status. ( We keep on hearing they are almost done)

2. Contracts were made or being made to break ground in Early 2017. There is no audit that confirms that. All according to John Campo.

People are afraid to stand up to John Campo. Their are risks in purchasing stock in a company.But when someone is acting recklessly, we need to stand up, be heard and demand answers.
I'm not afraid.
