This is not a company no matter what comes out. Thing has been dormant for 2 years and now all of sudden volume? Come on. Guarantee he will come out with PR that says they are in new business and he will call it something else and revere split it. Guarantee. Then it will go back right down again and he will sell whatever shares he gave himself. The guy owes a fortune to people and the IRS.
