I think the market would put MT's market cap back to its relative position amongst the LPs and then further penalize the value because the deal would be viewed as a failure. I don't think the $5.90 range prior to the deal announcement would be realistic, I believe it would drop below $5 SP.

Of course this is just my own speculation.

I'm curious to hear what you think would happen.
