I hope they are right, but experience says otherwise, many can't see that the higher it goes the more shares that will be sold, thereby negating the rise, simple supply and demand principles 101.
When the increased AS was approved, it doomed this to sub penny land for the foreseeable future, a RS is his only way out of the cycle, decrease the supply and you MAY increase demand and the price, maybe, but I wouldn't bet on it with my money
