Rash has indicated they are sending the dividend as Certs. Etrade will not accept OTC stock certs for deposit. You will have to find another broker that takes them and expect a swath of conditions and requirements to deposit.
Second, the stock will be restricted and you will not be able to trade it for a year at least. Even then, you will need to hire a lawyer to write an opinion letter and then get the company to agree to remove the restricted legend.
