You're right but the sp would surely fall far below $5. I'm thinking $3.5. A broken deal tells investors the industry is not ready to evolve. CGC and MT would tank on a broken deal. The sp will NOT simply go back to pre deal levels. No chance.

Is it missing or does the market just not know about it? Due Diligence is something a lot of investors talk about, but few really know how to do it.....I already explained the break fee is not applicable to shareholders voting the deal down. Due Diligence is very important in this game......
