Yes but ERHC owes the IRS 2.5 million and owes CEPSA 4.5 million. Both are current liabilities and they haven't enough cash to pay either. To make matters worse the IRS placed a lien on ERHC'S assets so the cash they do have is seemingly earmarked for Uncle Sam.
That is why the upcoming 10K is so critical. Even more liabilities? Even less cash? Even more toxic convertible debentures issued? 400 million shares possibly outstanding and rising daily? We just don't know. Buying now is like buying a lottery ticket. Should know more on or before December 29th.
