Just because the Parent Company can convert, doesnt mean they will... some how the dates keep being pushed further and further...

IMHO NTI will not convert anytime soon... If they do then we shall see... but no one knows for certain.

Well they better get after it cause it sure hasn't traded any volume in the last 3 months where I can see dilution.
