I respectfully disagree. Worlds is the moving party, not Activision and certainly not Bungie, unless they've now become a party to this lawsuit (which would invalidate the entire PTAB proceeding under "real party of interest"). Worlds simply asks the court to set the date. The IPR Proceedings with a NON-MOVING Party nor a Party to this lawsuit have concluded.
