I agree a modestly gentler touch for a letter approaching the holiday season should suffice. That said, I am not too sure we should worry about losing their respect. As it stands right now, I think they should be much more worried about losing the broader markets' respect - which they have been immensely successful at to this point.

What we can't afford for right now is for them to take a month off. I only get Randall's answering machine nowadays and no response. MP at EVC just quotes press releases - very frustrating! I will be downtown Toronto on Monday next and will go to their offices to say hello and to confirm that anyone is actually working there.

The next chess moves won't happen until a new CEO is in place. At our current cash burn rate and current PPS, that is not giving a lot of wiggle room time. In truth they should have been looking for a new CEO when Hargrove was voted off the board, but dithered on that as well. I am sad to say, that this lot only moves when a fire is lit.

So, let's roast some chestnuts on an open fire - but do it with a BIG SMILE! Looking forward to the next peotic waxing!

Happy Holidays to you Mustang and thanks for your efforts. In my opinion, since we know priority 1 is the CEO search, I wouldn't say anything more about it except that we hope it is proceeding well.

With respect to the rest of your thoughts --

"status of development, update on projected timelines, funding strategies and budget vs. burn rate, any progress on the regulatory front (CE and/or FDA), marketing plans, and imminent publicity we can look forward to. + also mention that to those of us who believe in this technology, the few times it has had any public exposure, we are proud of the instrument and the organization and always excited to hear feedback from those who saw it in person"

-- I think asking for an update at the start of the New Year would be appropriate. I would also reiterate that "we are always anxious to learn of any progress" and especially any contact between Titan and the outside world. Barker et al are surely making an effort, after all they're trying to save their asses! We don't want to be unreasonable but we want to be kept in the loop.
